The Super Duper D is back! We have teamed up with Dakine and 10 Barrel Brewing for a fun day of racing down the backside of Sun Valley's Bald Mountain.
Starting from the top of the Mayday Chair, racers will descend 3250' over 10 miles to Apple's Bar and Grill where cold beverages and a street party await.
Morning chairlift access to the top of Baldy will lead to a 12pm start time.
Special time bonuses available! Successfully (without spilling) drink a beer in less than 20 seconds at the finish line to receive a 60 second bonus!
Six different Categories.
Age 16-20 men and women (no time bonus available for this age group)
age 21-44 men and women
age 45 and up men and women
Prizes from Dakine and Smith for top 3 finishers in each category.
Registration fee: $40 (plus fees) includes one free beer and t-shirt
Discounted lift tickets available for $45 or use your Sun Valley bike season pass. If you have more fitness than money, you can always ride your bike to the top of Baldy for free.
